These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of hit him (the "App"). The App is published by Roniel Fernandez ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, connecting a wallet to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the App only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Because the App requires a Solana-compatible wallet connection and sign-in, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and wallet is lawful in your location.
hit him is a reflex-based game. The App displays character faces and asks you to match them to the correct emotion button before time runs out.
The App currently requires a supported Solana wallet connection and a Sign in with Solana flow before gameplay is unlocked.
The App is not a custodial wallet, exchange, broker, or financial advisor.
We do not take custody of your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful use.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform requirements.
The App is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, remove, or modify features, gameplay, wallet requirements, or compatibility at any time.
We do not guarantee:
The App may store gameplay settings and leaderboard scores locally on your device. Those local records may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear app data, or reset your device.
The App, including its software, design, artwork, branding, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Publisher and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
The App may rely on third-party software, operating system services, or wallet applications, including Solana wallet providers and the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter ecosystem.
We are not responsible for third-party services, wallet software, or the acts or omissions of third parties. Your use of those services may also be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy notices.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and availability.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, will always be secure or error-free, or that wallet connectivity will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roniel Fernandez and related parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or digital assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or Ten United States dollars (USD 10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roniel Fernandez from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, the appropriate courts in the Philippines will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective when posted with a revised effective date, unless otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
